PSRI was founded in 1986 after receiving its first state contract. The hardest part of working with the State was learning how they operated. I wish there had been an organization like MO Mbe/Wbe Association back then that could have helped us navigate the numerous rules and regulations that you have to master to successfully do business with the State. When we look at MO Mbe/Wbe Association, we see an organization that is on top of the latest events in the State Capital. An organization that is focused on women and minority issues that might not be in the forefront of the news but will have a significant impact on our future. We are proud to be part of the MO Mbe/Wbe Association. As an established firm we look forward to working with newer companies to increase women and minority participation in the State procurement process.
